More than 400 OF YOU JOINED US FOR THIS CELEBRATION OF HOUSTON’S FOOD SCENE, WITH OUTTAKES FROM OUR HOUSTON-BASED EPISODE, INTERVIEWS WITH PEOPLE FEATURED ON THE SHOW, A LIVE FLEISCHMANN’S YEAST COOKING DEMO AND A TASTING EXPERIENCE FEATURING 20 LOCAL VENDORS.

Meet the makers we profiled in our Houston-based episode, including Kathleen Morgan of Honeychild's Sweet Creams, Victoria Dearmond of Underbelly Hospitality, Cath Conlon of Blackwood Educational Land Institute and Craig Miller from Mill-King Market and Creamery as well as Daniella Lewis and master farmer Constant from Plant It Forward Farms. Then Lia Weber will take the stage for our Fleischmann’s Yeast cooking demo featuring a recipe for her grandma’s rustic apple crumb tart with a yeasted crust, a perfect pair with frozen custard. The tasting experience and our Makers Market will follow the live show, featuring food and drink from Houston chefs, makers and producers.
