Farming: The thrill of victory and the crushing agony of defeat

Autumn never imagined herself living and working on a farm. Growing up in the suburbs, she was a fashion writer, dance instructor and worked at a hair salon. But life had other plans and today she and her husband Dave and their daughter wake up every day on Such & Such Farm, where there is never a dull moment or a shortage of things to do. "Farming in general is the thrill of victory and the crushing agony of defeat," says Dave. "It's hard." Farming is full time and you have to learn, adapt and power through, no matter what situation is presented.
