RECIPE: White Bean Spread

| Ingredients |
- 1 Shallot 
- 1 T Oil 
- 6 C Cooked White Tepary Beans 
- 3 T Lemon Juice 
- 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar 
- 1 tsp/shot Bitters 
- 2 tsp Salt 
- 1 T Coconut Oil 
- ¼ tsp Cracked Pepper 
- 2 C Crème Fraiche/Sour Cream Replacement 
- 1 T Tahini 
| Preparation | Sauté one minced shallot in 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil until golden and fragrant. Place shallots and all other ingredients into food processor and puree until smooth. Enjoy at room temperature or warm before eating.
