Building local partnerships at the creamery and tasting room in Weston

The Green Dirt Farm creamery and tasting room in Weston, Missouri came about as a partnership between Vox and Green Dirt. It features cheeses and ice creams made from Green Dirt’s sheep’s milk as well as Vox wines, plus, they feature products from other local makers like chocolates from Christopher Elbow, ferments from Fair Share Farms ferments and Farm to Market Bread, which supplies the bread for all of these tasty sandwiches.

We stopped by Farm to Market’s Kansas City bakehouse where the bakery’s staff crafts a variety of breads, from sliced sandwich bread to rustic hearth breads like the French Farm loaf and even hand-twisted pretzels:
