RECIPE: Honeybee

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz A2 Distilling Summer Gin

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 oz Bløm Meadworks Hopped Mead

  • lemon twist for garnish

| Preparation | Combine all except mead in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Top with Hopped Mead. Garnish with a lemon twise.
