Refined cocktails and an intimate atmosphere await at Bar Leather Apron in Honolulu
Justin Park has over a decade of experience behind the bar and it shows. The cocktails at Bar Leather Apron are a study in balance and refinement, with nothing extraneous distracting from the pristine ingredients. When we visited, Justin shook Kō Hana rum with fresh passion fruit pulp, the bright yellow flesh giving off its famous sweetly floral aroma.
Bar Leather Apron is an intimate space, tucked upstairs in the Topa Financial Center. Frosted glass and gleaming wood greet visitors, and carefully designed lighting makes each cocktail glow as it sits on the bar, almost as if it were lit from below. The small space allows Justin to provide impeccable service, personalizing each patron’s experience.
