RECIPE: Le Swoon

| Ingredients |

  • 1.5 oz Okinawan Sweet potato infused rum

  • .75 oz coconut milk

  • .5 oz fresh lime juice

  • .5 oz Pandan syrup

  • .25 cinnamon syrup

  • 1 dash ginger/cocolate/chili bitters

| Preparation | Combine all ingredients into a pineapple shaped glass. Stir lightly.  Fill glass with crushed ice.  Garnish with cut pandan leaves and toasted macadamia nuts or grated nutmeg.
