RECIPE: Rumaway Club

A Hawaiian twist to a classic!

| Ingredients |

  • 1.5 oz Kō Hana kea

  • 1 oz  fresh ruby red grapefruit juice

  •  .75 oz fresh lime juice

  • .5 oz cinnamon syrup

  • 1 quarter sized calamansi

| Preparation | Slice calamansi and half and squeeze both sides into cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients to shaker, fill with ice and shake. Strain into old fashioned glass and garnish with dehydrated lemon peel.
